a decent STAY

great location tea facilities stained carpet limited wardrobe

I appreciated the location near Ealing Broadway station. It made getting around the city easy. The room included tea making facilities. A daily housekeeping service kept things tidy and clean.

The room carpet had some noticeable stains, I thought. The wardrobe could not fully open because a bedside table was in its path. It took a while to get a drink even though the bar wasn't busy.

I found the staff very helpful . The breakfast offered a good buffet selection with an omelette station. Free, limited parking was a definite bonus. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The traffic noise from the street was noticeable during early hours. Vehicles with loud exhausts were quite disruptive. The curtains also allowed quite a bit of light to enter the room, a minor inconvenience for sleep. I also requested that the tap be checked, but nothing was done about it.
