I found the staff very helpful . The breakfast offered a good buffet selection with an omelette station. Free, limited parking was a definite bonus. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The traffic noise from the street was noticeable during early hours. Vehicles with loud exhausts were quite disruptive. The curtains also allowed quite a bit of light to enter the room, a minor inconvenience for sleep. I also requested that the tap be checked, but nothing was done about it.

the staff was helpful. the location is excellent. a lot of good restaurants and shops are just around the corner. rails and tube lines are very near..

the furniture was chipped. the carpet needed replacing. this was not good enough for the price point, which did not include breakfast or parking.
